Please note that all products are available for delivery within Australia only.

FREE SHIPPING - No additional cost for postage, packaging and handling unless you choose shipment via express post or registered post, or choose gift wrapping.

We use Australia Post for our deliveries. 

Express Post is available at an additional cost of $9.20 per order and may be selected on checkout. Please note that parcels are posted from Canberra and overnight delivery is only guaranteed by Australia Post for locations within the Express Post National Network and Canberra Region Network.

Registered Post is available at an additional cost of $3.05 per order and may be selected on checkout. Your parcel will be fully traceable if you choose this option and your signature will be required on delivery.

Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatched email once your order has been dispatched.

Placing an Order

You can place your order here on the website with secure payment via Paypal. You don't need to sign up for Paypal to use the shopping cart and Paypal payment system.

Payment

Online payment via Paypal is preferred. We will also accept Bank Deposit and Cheque or Money Order.

Can I buy with my credit card without signing up for Paypal?

Delivery Time

We will send you a confirmation email usually within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If you require any additional information to be added to your order, or any changes to be made to the details provided in your original order, please respond within 24 hours. As all items are personalised to your requirements, we cannot change your order details after this time.

In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of your order details and cleared payment. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Confirmation of your order dispatch will be sent to you by email.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied, we will offer you a refund or replacement upon return of the book, certificate or other product within 14 days. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of printing and safe delivery of your goods.
