Please note that all products are available for delivery within Australia only.
Free Shipping - No additional cost for postage, packaging and handling unless you choose shipment via express post or registered post.
Free Parcel Tracking will be provided on all orders of 3 or more books.
Australia Post is used for all deliveries.
Express Post is available at an additional cost of $14.10 per order and may be selected at checkout. Please note that parcels are posted from Canberra and overnight delivery is only guaranteed by Australia Post for locations within the Express Post National Network and Canberra Region Network.
Registered Post is available at an additional cost of $4.45 per order and may be selected at checkout. A signature will be required on delivery.
Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatched email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I pick up my order from you?
I am located in Canberra, ACT. In most cases local pickup can be arranged. If you would like to pick up your order please email to make arrangements.
Placing an Order
You can choose your book and place your order with secure payment via Paypal or Stripe. The details required to personalise your book will be requested by email.
Payment
Online payment accepted via Paypal or Stripe.
Select PayPal as your payment method to pay using PayPal’s options. This will lead you to PayPal's site where you can choose to pay with your credit card or log in to your PayPal account.
Use Stripe to easily pay via Visa or MasterCard.
Delivery Time
You will receive a confirmation email usually within 24 hours of receipt of your order. The personal details required to complete your book will be requested by email. Please respond as soon as possible.
In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of your order details and cleared payment. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Confirmation of your order dispatch will be sent to you by email.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied, I will offer a refund or replacement upon return of the book, certificate or other product within 14 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of printing and safe delivery of your goods. I reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement of your purchase if your dissatisfaction arises from an error of your own making, such as misspelling of a name or incorrect age. In such case, I may offer a replacement at a discounted rate, or other recompense.
